This is the simplest of the two. A male Burma evolves Mot him at level 20, and that's it. Mot him is an Error / Flying type Pokémon and this is a final evolution, which means you can not get Workaday after Burma transforms into Mot him.

How to get Workaday

On the other hand, a Burma woman will evolve Workaday at level 20. The biggest difference here is that Workaday can be of different types depending on the Burma layer. Burma's layer changes depending on where she was for the last time in a battle. But once she evolves, the coat can not change.
