Sledgehammer Games mocks a shotgun nerf is arriving at Call of Duty: Vanguard at some point in the near future. After the Affiliate of Twitch Leafy the demon of the shotgun shared a video of an incredibly fast and powerful shotgun that eliminated tons of opponents, Sledgehammer declared his plans to perform an exorcism with shotgun. That tweet was accompanied by a GIF of children playing with nerf toys, with very clear suggestion. Sledgehammer seems to be very aware of the problematic that these weapons could be if they are allowed to continue without control, but the exchange is a fun way for the developer to inside his future plans!

The Tweet de Zexafy has caused a lot of frustration in ganglia players. Many argued that weapons are simply too powerful and make the game less pleasant. Streamer Timthetatman intervened, joking that Sledgehammer should leave weapons at peace. There are some players who really feel like that, but it does not seem that they will get their desire. It will be interesting to see how much the developer plans to adjust the weapons, but hopefully it will result in a more balanced game, in general.
Nerfs as this are going to be very important for Call of Duty: Vanguard to keep players interested. The shooter will receive an intense competition this week of Halo infinite and battle 2042. The market is large enough for the three games, but it is not difficult to imagine them by diverting players from each other, if their developers fail to keep things entertaining and competitive. However, at the end of the day, that kind of competition could be something good for the players!
Call of Duty: Vanguard is now available at PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S and PC. You can check all our previous game coverage here.
